Job Description – Senior Manager

- Product Costing

1. Product Costing for Outdoor and Indoor product range LED products

2. Cost Finalization for Class A Base material such as Aluminium , CRCA , LED Drivers , LED’S & Diffusers with Supplier

3. Cost Finalization for the High Mast ,Poles, Decorative Poles and associated Accessories such as Panels including solar Products as per Specifications

4. Cost Validation for Current Product Introductions rolled out by Design Team as per the Bill of material .

5. Cost Validation and Finalization for Tooling and Fixtures arising out of New product Introduction

6. Drive Six sigma projects on value Engineering to identify Major potential savings avenues and accomplish the Market ask by Product Marketing

7. Work and arrive on the final costing based on Base BOM basis customized configuration from Design team for Large projects

- Vendor development

1. Exploration of New Vendors for LED Luminaires and Class A Components

2.



Product development of the LED Outdoor and Indoor Lighting

3. New explorations for New / Innovative / Special Processes , Capacity Enhancement and New Product range .

- High Mast and Poles

1. Finalizing cost for the High mast and Poles as per Specification

2. Planning of the High mast and Pole as per the Project requirement

Key Skills

- Should be able to drive Strategic Talent Building for cost related Critical processes s by establishing succession plan.

- Good / Active Networking within the Lighting Industry to identify and adopt latest Technologies / Processes / Products to have edge over competition

- Ability to benchmark the best practices in Industry and deploy horizontally across the existing set of Vendors

- Basic understanding SAP and proficiency in Excel is a must
