Currently, we are bidding for Highway projects across India. The position of Senior Hydrologist is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

- Review hydrological studies, drainage designs, and related contractor submissions for compliance with project requirements
- Assess surface water flow, flood risks, and drainage performance affecting highway and associated structures
- Provide technical advice on culverts, cross-drainage works, erosion protection, and other hydrology-related issues during construction
- Coordinate with the supervision team and contractor to resolve hydrological and drainage-related problems on site

Profile/Skills

- He/she should have a Civil engineering degree and Post graduate in Hydraulics/ Hydrology from a recognized Institute of repute
- He/She should have at least experience of 5 years in highway bridge (river) projects
- He should have experience in determining flood levels, discharge calculation for proper cross drainage
