The ideal candidate should have strong client management skills, an aptitude for cross-selling and upselling, and the ability to oversee end-to-end project execution while meeting deadlines effectively.

Requirements

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Provide support and resolve client queries related to ongoing projects in a timely and efficient manner.

- Understand client needs and offer solutions, including cross-selling and upselling services.





- Proactively acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.

- Monitor project progress, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Exhibit a keen interest in new initiatives and innovations within the industry/ project.

- Maintain detailed client records and project reports using robust Excel skills.

- Ensure end-to-end task management and timely execution of all assigned responsibilities.

- Work collaboratively with different teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
