The Admissions lead will lead and manage the admissions team, oversee the enrollment process, develop and implement admissions strategies, and build relationships with prospective students and educational partners. This role demands solid leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure an efficient and effective admissions process.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Manage and train the admissions team to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and enroll new students.
- Maintain and build relationships with educational partners and institutions.
- Monitor and analyze admissions data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all admissions policies and regulations.




- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend and represent the institution at recruitment events and fairs.
- Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with admissions software and CRM systems is a plus
