Job Summary:

We are looking for an Export Operations Executive with hands-on experience in ocean export operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with shipping lines, CFS, CHA, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of export shipments.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with shipping lines for vessel bookings, schedules, rollovers, container availability, and shipment updates.



Coordinate with CFS, CHA, transporters, and internal Customer Service & Documentation team for shipment planning and smooth execution of export shipments till the end.



Monitor vessel movement and availability, SI, VGM, shipping bill, Form13 process and on Odex/MMD3/Cargoes portal and documentation cut-offs to ensure timely shipment execution.



Review and coordinate Bill of Lading (BL) drafts, amendments, and final issuance with shipping lines.







Track export shipments from booking until vessel sailing and resolve operational issues promptly.



Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with company SOPs, adherence with company software to update the data regularly.

Required Qualifications:



- Graduation is a must.



- Experience in Freight forwarding Industry only.



- Knowledge of entire export operations



- Good knowledge of SI, VGM, Shipping Bill, Form13 process on Odex/MMD3/Cargoes portal, HBL, and MBL.



- Good communication and coordination skills.

Skills & Competencies:



- Familiarity with export compliance regulations



- Robust problem-solving and coordination skills to ensure smooth shipment execution.



- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
