Job Summary
We are seeking a highly fluent, detail-oriented Bilingual English/French Interpreter to facilitate real-time, consecutive communication between clients, customers, and service providers. The ideal candidate will bridge language and cultural barriers instantly, ensuring that meaning, tone, and intent are preserved accurately. This role requires exceptional listening skills, emotional resilience, and strict adherence to data privacy protocols.

Key responsibilites

- Live Interpretation: Interpret live, multi-party conversations consecutively between English and French speakers.
- Contextual Accuracy: Maintain the exact tone, intent, and cultural nuances of the original message.
- SOP Compliance: Execute all tasks according to standard operating procedures and company guidelines.
- Performance Excellence: Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
- Information Security: Secure sensitive client data by following strict confidentiality and privacy protocols.
- Continuous Learning: Integrate client-specific updates, process adjustments, and system enhancements immediately.
- Skills Calibration: Participate actively in mandatory training, coaching, and quality review sessions. [1, 2, 3]

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in French speaking domain
- Industry certifications (e.g., DELF B2, DALF C1)

Pay: ₹787,200.00 per year
