Job Title: UI/UX DesignerJob Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be passionate about creating intuitive, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design web and mobile applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for SaaS applications.
- Conduct user research and understand user needs, pain points, and business requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop responsive designs that provide a seamless experience across devices.
- Maintain consistency using design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Gather user feedback and continuously improve designs based on usability testing.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance are considered throughout the design process.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma,



Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Positive understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (Freshers with an impressive portfolio are also encouraged to apply).
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
