Location Delhi

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cyber security Professional to join our growing team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for leading a team of security professionals in protecting organization data and systems from cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a high-performing cybersecurity team.

· Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.

· Identify and prioritize cybersecurity risks.

· Conduct security assessments and penetration testing.

· Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.

· Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

· Investigate and respond to security incidents.

· Communicate security risks and procedures to stakeholders.

· Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure overall system security.

· Mentor and coach junior team members.

Technical Skills:

Network Security

- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, routing, and switching.
- Experience with enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Sophos, or Check Point).
- Network security implementation and monitoring.

Security Operations

- Hands-on experience with SIEM solutions (Splunk, QRadar, Elastic, ArcSight).
- Knowledge of IDS/IPS, WAF, EDR/XDR, DLP, and endpoint protection technologies.




- Experience with Sentinel One EDR and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).

Infrastructure & System Security

- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory security.
- Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Nessus, Qualys, or OpenVAS.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a similar discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized institute.

Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in security assessment, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), network security, ISMS (Information Security Management System) review or implementation.

Professional Certifications:

At least one certification from CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, OSCE, ISCP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) is must.
