XLNC Perfumery is looking for a proactive Influencer Collaboration Executive who can identify and connect with social media influencers in the fragrance and lifestyle niche to build meaningful brand collaborations.

The role involves reaching out to influencers, negotiating collaboration terms, coordinating campaign deliverables, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with perfumery, lifestyle, and beauty influencers on Instagram and other platforms
- Initiate conversations and propose collaboration opportunities
- Negotiate collaboration terms and deliverables with influencers
- Coordinate with influencers for content timelines and posting schedules
- Maintain a database of influencers and track campaign performance




- Ensure smooth communication between the brand and influencer partners

Requirements

- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Solid English speaking and writing ability
- Understanding of Instagram, reels, and influencer collaborations
- Confident in approaching and communicating with creators
- Organized and proactive personality

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiner preferred
- Prior experience in influencer outreach or social media collaboration is a plus
- Interest in perfumes, beauty, or lifestyle content

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
