15 to 20 years of experience

Minimum substantial experience in Real Estate Industry is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of branch operations

Handling Sales, CRM, After Sales, Home Care, Interior Division, and Commercial Activities

Monitoring branch administration and day-to-day operations

Coordination with project teams regarding commercial and operational matters

Achieving business targets and collection goals

Client relationship management and customer satisfaction

Team handling, reporting, and branch performance monitoring

Coordination with management for strategic business development

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in handling large teams and branch-level operations

Good knowledge in real estate sales, collections, and customer management

Administrative and commercial management capabilities

Ability to independently manage profit-center operations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
