Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming setting for our guests. The role is essential in maintaining the high standards of hygiene and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas as per resort standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper arrangement of furniture and fixtures
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist in laundry operations when required
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
