We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, client outreach, market research, and relationship management while gaining practical experience in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture client relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and track daily business development activities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct internet research and data collection.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.
