Role Summary: Provide technical guidance and align Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture standards; design multi-cloud architecture, integration, performance,



and governance.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture
Develop integration strategy via MuleSoft, REST, event-driven design
Develop data and security architecture frameworks
Review and approve technical designs
Provide performance and scalability guidance
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, release automation, testing
Maintain architectural documentation and reusable patterns
Lead technical reviews and mentor associate architects

Technical Skills
Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Integration Patterns
Multi-cloud architecture (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud)
Security architecture: profiles, roles, sharing rules, Shield encryption
CI/CD knowledge (Git, Jenkins, DevOps Center)
