1. Follows all accreditation guidelines, ISO 15189, NABL 112, policies and procedures as indicated in the quality documents.

2. Prepares specimens for laboratory testing.

3. Authorized to operate, handle and perform requisite operator maintenance (start up, periodic maintenance, trouble shooting and shut down) for equipment including Horiba Yumizen H500 (Hematology analyzer), KCl Delta (Coagulation analyzer).

4. He is well trained phlebotomist and can-do phlebotomy of adult as well as paediatric patients.

5. Performs internal quality control procedures as per SOPs and monitor the daily Internal Quality control and record the deviations if any.

6. Performs laboratory tests as assigned according to current protocols, procedures, and quality assurance requirements.

7. Processes the EQAS/ILC specimens as per schedule.

8. Demonstrates skills and knowledge on all laboratory test systems.

9. Responds to technical and logistical problems encountered in the lab.oratory in a timely and appropriate manner.

10. Responds to and reports critical values in a timely manner to physicians and clinic staff.

11. Performs daily, weekly, monthly,



quarterly and annual maintenance of laboratory equipment as required in a timely manner.

12. Ensures preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment are done as per the defined program in the laboratory.

13. Records laboratory results into the online Lab Information System (LIS) and maintains all relevant documentary entries like logbooks and work sheets.

14. Maintains proper storage of specimens/ samples as per SOP.

15. Contributes in preparation of SOPs and work instructions.

16. Demonstrates a cooperative attitude in relationships with co-workers and other personnel.

17. Implements a safe laboratory workplace in compliance with good practices and applicable regulations.

18 Meets or exceeds continuing education requirements for position.

19 Performs all other job-related activities assigned by Supervisor / Department Consultant.

20Uses all facilities and supplies with care and in a cost-effective manner.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
