Assist Hospital Administrator and Senior Management in Day to Day operations of the Hospital

Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of hospital departments and staff. - Contribute to the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various hospital processes. - Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth hospital operations. - Collect, organize, and analyze hospital data to identify trends and insights. - Prepare reports and presentations for management to support decision-making. - Demonstrate flexibility in working at either the Wardha or Nagpur location, as needed. - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Interact effectively with hospital staff, patients, and external stakeholders. - Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, create reports,



and perform administrative tasks. - Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to expand knowledge of hospital management practices.
