Key Responsibilities:

- Developing Project Plans and Schedules: Create detailed project plans and schedules, defining project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

- Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth project progression.

- Risk Management: Assess potential risks that could impact the project timeline and develop mitigation strategies.

- Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress against the established schedule, identifying any deviations, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, including project status updates, forecasts, and performance metrics.

- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers,



and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.

- Technical Support: Provide technical support and advice to the project team.

- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience in project planning and management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
