The Fleet Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the ambulance fleet, ensuring maximum vehicle availability, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role includes vehicle maintenance coordination, documentation, driver support, fuel management, GPS monitoring, and ensuring ambulances are always emergency-ready.
Key Responsibilities Fleet Operations
- Ensure ambulances are operational and available as per deployment requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation based on operational needs.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and optimize fleet efficiency.
- Maintain vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and emergency equipment availability.
