Responsibilities:

- Make and receive calls to promote products and answer customer questions.
- Help customers make purchasing decisions.
- Record customer details and feedback in CRM systems.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Follow up on sales leads and provide after-sales support.

Qualifications:

- Experience in tele sales or customer support.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with CRM systems.
- Pursuing graduation or completed graduation.
- Proficient in both the language Hindi and English.
