We’re now expanding our digital footprint and looking for a platform-specialized Social Media Manager to elevate our presence across LinkedIn, Meta (Instagram + Facebook), and Pinterest.

Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will own, strategize, and execute content and campaigns across three major platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of algorithms, content performance, architectural audiences, and communication funnels for course enrollments.

Platform-Specific Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn

- Develop LinkedIn-first content strategy.
- Create thought leadership posts, carousels, documents, and videos.
- Grow company page & founders’ profiles.
- Execute lead-gen campaigns and track analytics.

2. Meta: Instagram + Facebook

- Plan reels, carousels, and stories optimized for engagement.
- Produce high-quality scripts and content series.
- Manage community, inbox, comments, and highlight structure.
- Collaborate with the performance team for ad creatives & A/B testing.

3. Pinterest

- Build boards for architecture, BIM workflows, and design inspiration.




- Create 100–120 keyword-optimized pins monthly.
- Convert existing content into Pinterest-first formats.
- Track impressions, saves, clicks, and SEO performance.

Cross-Platform Responsibilities

- Create a unified 30-day content calendar.
- Coordinate with design, sales, academic, and ads teams.
- Present weekly analytics with insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong command over LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or editing tools.
- Ability to simplify BIM/Architecture topics for social media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
