Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting the company's financial operations. The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Prepare and file tax returns or assist with tax compliance activities.




- Monitor cash flow and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
