Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager / Program Manager with experience in Software Development Project Management to lead and deliver technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), gathering business requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving ERP implementation projects.

This role requires excellent communication, planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end software development projects from initiation to deployment.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within scope and timelines.
- Coordinate all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for development teams.
- Manage ERP implementation and enhancement projects, preferably HRMS and CRM.
- Work closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and external vendors.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage project risks and issues.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination among internal and external teams.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies wherever applicable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in Software Development Project Management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably HRMS or CRM.
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
