Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for business and academic/faculty positions.
- Support candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and assist in providing recruitment status updates to stakeholders.
- Update recruitment MIS, maintain Excel trackers, and prepare hiring reports to ensure accurate recruitment data.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and completing pre-joining documentation.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate joining experience.
- Perform administrative and recruitment coordination tasks as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
