Job Summary

Sieger Spintech Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated MIG Welder to perform high-quality welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and fabricated components. The ideal candidate should have experience in MIG welding, be able to interpret engineering drawings, and ensure weld quality while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on fabricated components as per engineering drawings and welding procedures.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.
- Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, and aligning components before welding.
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, ensuring correct voltage, wire feed speed, and gas flow.




- Weld components with strong joints while maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Inspect welds visually and rectify defects such as porosity, cracks, undercuts, or incomplete fusion.
- Perform tack welding, full welding, and grinding/finishing as required.
- Ensure proper handling of welding consumables and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Follow production schedules to achieve daily output targets.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness by following 5S practices.
- Comply with company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
- Report welding defects, equipment issues, or material shortages to the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
