Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative ideas for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, videos, and brand communication.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, and business teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Create campaign concepts, ad copies, content hooks, scripts, captions, and visual directions.
- Research industry trends, social media formats, and competitor campaigns.
- Support brand storytelling across social media, websites, email campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Utilize AI tools for brainstorming, creative ideation, mood boards, and workflow efficiency.
- Brainstorm innovative ways to communicate product features and strengthen brand messaging.
- Contribute to building scalable creative processes as the company grows.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Creative, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Content-related roles.
- Robust creative thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to develop compelling content and visual concepts.
- Good understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining originality.
- Startup mindset with a proactive attitude, curiosity, ownership, and openness to feedback.
