Maintain customer records and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare customer feedback and service reports.
Qualification & Skills :
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automobile Industry.
Valuable communication, customer handling, and CRM/MS Office knowledge.
