Summary:
As a Python Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud-based solutions that enable GenAI capabilities across the organization. The role requires end-to-end ownership of applications, including front-end, back-end, API integration, automation, and Azure cloud services. Engineers work closely with DevOps teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality solutions while continuously improving platform usability, deployment processes, and governance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, build, test, deploy, and support highly scalable GenAI-enabled applications and portals.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to improve platform usability and adoption.
- Develop and implement automation for deployment, configuration, provisioning, and governance processes.
- Design, develop,



and integrate secure and reliable APIs connecting multiple systems and platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features while maintaining production-grade standards and operational excellence.
- Partner with Data Science, Product, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, communicate complex concepts clearly, and contribute to application and infrastructure design decisions.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python, React, Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong experience in designing, deploying, and supporting production-grade IT systems.
- Experience in cloud-native application development and secure API design/integration.
- Knowledge of Go, Node.js, Express.js, and Kafka is desirable.
- Experience working in highly regulated and compliance-focused environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Python automation and API development is mandatory.
- Experience with React development is mandatory.
- Experience in regulated enterprise environments is required.
- The role involves working on cloud-based GenAI platforms supporting a global developer community within Rabobank.
