We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints, provide product or service information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service or customer relations (freshers may be considered depending on the role).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
