Job Summary
Fotokraft Studio is a premium photography studio specializing in maternity, newborn, and baby shoots. We are looking for a well-spoken and organized receptionist to join our Dombivli team. The ideal candidate should be warm, responsible, and able to assist clients—especially expecting and new mothers—with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients.
- Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and appointment scheduling/rescheduling.
- Explain packages, offers, and add-ons; handle objections effectively.
- Build rapport and ensure professional client experience.
- Assist maternity clients and support newborn shoots.
- Manage client data in Studio Ninja (CRM).
- Follow up and collect client feedback.
- Maintain clean and organized reception/waiting areas.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 10th Pass
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Polite, professional, and client-friendly attitude
- Comfortable assisting maternity clients with gowns and newborn mothers
- Basic knowledge of computer tools: Google Calendar, WhatsApp Web, email, Excel
- Prior experience in a similar role (reception/front office) preferred
Job Details
- Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM (may vary depending on shoot schedule)
- Weekly Off: 1 weekday (No weekends off)
