- - Industry Experience: 10-15 years of experience in all Technical Services related categories (Mechanical, Fabrication, Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Instrumentation, and AMCs).
- Financial Oversight: Must have handled a spend of at least 100 CR.
- Operational Expertise: Experience of MRO and Imports of spares & equipment is preferred.
- Systems Proficiency: SAP S4 HANA (MM Module).
- Strategic Sourcing: Robust knowledge of E-Sourcing, Vendor evaluation, and development.
- - Category Management: Lead Procurement for Technical Services & Contracts across Mechanical, Fabrication, Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Instrumentation, AMC’s, etc.
- Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements and technical procurement contracts.
- Risk Assessment & Compliance:
Identify potential risks in technical clauses, ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards and legal requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (engineering, procurement, legal, finance) and external vendors or contractors.
- Performance Monitoring: Track contractor performance against contractual obligations and support resolution of disputes or claims.
- Cost & Budget Control: Support cost estimation and budgeting while tracking expenditures against project budgets.
- Technical Alignment: Interpret technical specifications and ensure they are accurately reflected in contracts.
