Job Title : Assistant Collection Manager (Hard Collection)

Experience : 4-6 years In Commercial Vehicle (Hard Collection)

Job Location : Pune , Mumbai

Role & Responsibilites :

- Manage 90+ DPD collection accounts and achieve recovery targets.
- Coordinate vehicle repossession activities with internal teams.
- Oversee the resale of repossessed commercial vehicles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, brokers, and buyers.
- Monitor repo inventory, asset movement, and liquidation.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Negotiate with customers and buyers to maximize recovery value.

Qualification & Skills:

- Strong experience in collections, repo handling, and vehicle resale.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Commercial Vehicle (CV) financing is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
- Solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- hard collections, repo sales in Commericial vehicle: 4 years (Required)
