Experience: 2+ Years as Beauty Trainer OR 5+ Years as Senior Beauty Advisor

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver product, sales, and skill-based training to Beauty Advisors and retail teams
- Conduct classroom and on-floor training sessions
- Train teams on skincare, makeup, beauty products, customer service, and sales techniques
- Assess trainee performance and provide coaching for improvement
- Ensure training effectiveness and adherence to brand standards
- Travel across multiple locations in Tamil Nadu for training programs

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Beauty Trainers with relevant training experience
- Senior Beauty Advisors (5+ years) aspiring to move into training roles
- Solid knowledge of skincare, makeup, beauty, and retail operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
