- Define/configure the Jmeter Test Setting host(s)

- Create new Jmeter scripts for Insurance Applications

- Test / debug the new scripts

- Ability to manage their own workload and timelines

- Stakeholder management (Reporting, Expectation Management, Estimation, Escalation)

- Time management (can independently prioritize each day activities)
