Your Role at Indiacom

As a Digital Telesales Executive, you'll be the voice of Indiacom. You'll connect with schools, clinics, and small businesses across Pune, introduce them to our services, and guide them from that first phone call to a confirmed booking. Every successful call you make directly helps a local business grow — and puts extra money in your pocket through incentives.

Day-to-day, you will:





· Call prospects from our ready-made, well-researched Pune database — no cold hunting required

· Have friendly, informative conversations that help businesses understand how we can help them

· Fix appointments for our photography and content team to visit the client

· Follow up consistently and maintain your own pipeline of interested leads

· Hit monthly targets and celebrate wins with a supportive team around you

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to be a tech expert. You just need to be a excellent communicator with the drive to succeed.

· Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer interaction — freshers are absolutely welcome

· Languages: Confident in Hindi and English; Marathi is an added advantage

· You are: Energetic, persuasive, organised, and not afraid of targets

· We provide complete training on our services, tools, and calling techniques from Day 1
