Hotel Driver

Job Summary

The Hotel Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services for hotel guests, employees, and hotel-related deliveries. The role requires excellent driving skills, a qualified appearance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely transport hotel guests to and from airports, tourist attractions, business locations, and other destinations.
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with loading and unloading luggage.
- Maintain a clean, well-presented, and roadworthy vehicle at all times.
- Follow traffic laws and hotel safety policies.
- Plan efficient travel routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinate transportation schedules with the front office and concierge team.
- Deliver hotel documents, parcels, or supplies as required.
- Respond professionally to guest requests and provide information about local attractions when appropriate.




- Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver.
- Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and popular destinations.
- Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
