Key Responsibilities
Manage the WordPress website, including product uploads, pricing updates, banners, and collection pages.
Execute on-page SEO and monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic.
Configure and track goals, events, and UTM parameters in GA4.
Create and update campaign landing pages before launch.
Coordinate CRM form integrations for marketing campaigns.
Track SEO performance and website health through monthly reports.
Improve visibility in AI-powered search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) using AEO/GEO best practices.
Recommend UX improvements to reduce bounce rates and improve lead quality.
Coordinate with developers and creative agencies for timely website updates and issue resolution.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in Website Management, SEO, or Digital Content Management.
Hands-on experience with WordPress.
Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive approach to working with designers, developers, and agency partners.
Preferred:
Experience in retail, e-commerce, jewellery, or luxury brands.
Basic web development knowledge.
Experience managing high-SKU product catalogues.
