Graphic Designer

Job Role:

The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for the following for the below during their role as a Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design creative assets and ensure they are accurately executed as per design requirements and the intended medium.
- Assist in conceptualising and creating new communication and content ideas for the brand.
- Support the team during shoots — including planning, editing, and execution.
- Manage design elements and visual content based on briefs and brand guidelines.
- Edit footage and add visual graphics for videos
- Coordinate basic printing and production execution as needed.

Skills & Competencies

Mandatory:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent thinker with the ability to generate fresh creative ideas.
- Positive sense of design, layout, and colour coordination.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into effective visual designs
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Desirable (Optional):

- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to feedback.

Knowledge & Expertise

Mandatory:





- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of printing processes and production requirements.
- Good sense of Colour and Design sense

Desirable (Optional):

- Familiarity with basic video editing software for social media.
- Basic knowledge of framing, photography, and lighting techniques.

Experience

Mandatory:

- 2–3 years of experience of on Job Designing Experience
- Prior experience in graphic design or related creative roles.

Desirable (Optional):

- Exposure to social media content creation or digital campaign design.

Other Requirements

Mandatory:

- Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Interest in learning and adapting to new creative tools and design trends.

Qualitative Requirement

Mandatory:

- A Master’s / Bachelors degree in Arts / Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement.
- Age: 25 to 30 years
