About the Role

Violet Feathers Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to build and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), Study Abroad platform, company websites, and other digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development and be capable of delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Build reusable UI components.
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
- Integrate frontend with REST APIs.
- Optimize website speed and performance.

Backend Development

- Develop secure backend services and REST APIs.
- Design scalable server-side applications.
- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth).
- Develop backend applications using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and Node.js (Express.js).
- Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs.
- Maintain application security, scalability, and performance.

Database Management

- Design and manage MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases.
- Write optimized SQL queries.
- Handle database backup and recovery.

API Integration

- Integrate third-party APIs, including:
- Payment Gateways
- Email Services
- SMS Services
- Google APIs

Testing & Deployment

- Debug and resolve software issues.
- Perform code reviews.
- Deploy applications to cloud servers.




- Maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration

- Work closely with UI/UX designers, product teams, and management.
- Participate in project planning and feature development.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Knowledge of cloud hosting, server management, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Salary

₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
