We are seeking a knowledgeable and analytical Economics Teacher to handle secondary and senior secondary classes. The candidate should have strong conceptual clarity in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Indian Economic Development, and the ability to relate economic theories to real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Economics for Grades IX–X (TGT) and/or XI–XII (PGT)
- Deliver lessons aligned with CBSE / Matric / International curriculum
- Handle core topics such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics for Economics, Indian Economy, and Development Economics
- Prepare structured lesson plans and study materials
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and model exams
- Prepare students for board examinations
- Encourage analytical thinking and case-study discussions
- Guide students in project work and research assignments
- Maintain academic records and student performance reports
- Participate in PTMs, academic meetings, and school events
Qualification & Experience
- M.A.
Economics (Mandatory for PGT)
- B.A./M.A. Economics (for TGT)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory for CBSE)
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience
- Experience handling board classes preferred

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication and presentation ability
- Ability to connect theory with real-world economic situations
- Classroom management skills
- Knowledge of current economic trends and policies
