Description
Execute batch manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), SOPs, and approved process parameters. Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, ANFD, dryers, filters, and associated equipment. Perform raw material charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, milling, blending, and packing operations. Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline. Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), equipment logbooks, and production records. Ensure compliance with Data Integrity, cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements. Report deviations, incidents, and process abnormalities promptly. Follow all safety procedures, permit systems, PPE requirements, and hazardous chemical handling practices. Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents immediately. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in production areas.
