Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager – Dealing to execute equity trades, provide market insights, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in equity broking, a robust understanding of capital markets, and the ability to drive client engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities : Equity Dealing & Trade Execution

- Execute buy and sell orders on NSE/BSE trading platforms
- Ensure accurate and timely trade execution
- Monitor client margins, exposures, and trading activities
- Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines

Client Relationship Management

- Assist clients with market-related queries and investment opportunities
- Share market updates and research-based recommendations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Enhance client engagement and trading activity

Business Development





- Acquire and activate current trading clients
- Increase active client participation and revenue generation
- Promote investment and wealth management solutions

Financial Product Distribution

- Cross-sell financial products including:
- Mutual Funds
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Insurance
- Bonds, NCDs, and Fixed Income Products

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Equity Broking or Equity Dealing
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets and Trading Platforms
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Working knowledge of MS Office and trading terminals
