- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Coordination, IT Support, or System Administration is preferred.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support to users across departments.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, printers, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and office IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email configuration, and common business applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assist both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond promptly to IT-related issues.
- Willingness to travel to company branches, factories, or distribution centers whenever required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
