Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Sales Team. Recruit, train and monitor Sales Executives and Agents. Appoint and develop distributors and retailers. Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage. Conduct daily market visits and identify new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and customers. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Ensure excellent customer service and business development. Eligibility Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.



Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving Licence. Willing to travel across the assigned area. Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
