Position: Sales Executive

Location: Mohali, kharar

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in Real Estate Sales

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience) + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
