Key Responsibilities

- Student & Parent Counseling: Provide comprehensive, one-on-one counseling to medical aspirants and their parents regarding MBBS admission processes, eligibility criteria, and college options (Govt./Private/Deemed universities in India & abroad).
- Admission Process Guidance: Guide students through the NEET counseling registration, choice-filling strategy, document verification, and final seat allotment phases.
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Actively follow up on inquiries, convert potential leads into successful admissions, and meet monthly enrollment targets.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student profiles, communication history, and admission status in our CRM system.
- Industry Compliance: Stay updated with the latest guidelines from the National Medical Commission (NMC), state counseling authorities, and MCC (Medical Counselling Committee).

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or Human Resources is a plus).
- Experience:



Minimum 1–3 years of experience in MBBS/Medical counseling or study-abroad student recruitment. (Highly motivated freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered).
- Key Skills:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to build instant rapport and trust.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of NEET UG, MCC counseling processes, and MBBS options abroad.
- Soft Skills: Active listening, immense patience, persuasion skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM systems. What We Offer

Pay: ₹10,060.03 - ₹25,000.00 per month
