Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Quality Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience (including internships or academic projects) to join our QA team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in software testing who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile-based HRMS applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing test cases based on requirements and user stories
- Perform manual testing: Smoke, Functional, and basic Regression testing
- Identify, document, and report defects clearly and accurately
- Retest resolved defects and verify fixes
- Support senior QA members in automation testing activities
- Participate in requirement understanding sessions and sprint meetings
- Validate web and mobile application features for usability and functionality
- Maintain basic QA documentation and test reports
- Support production issue verification and client-reported bug validation
- Follow QA processes and contribute to continuous learning and improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/BTech/BSc)
- 0–2 years of experience in software testing (internships or training included)
- Basic understanding of manual testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is an advantage
- Familiarity with automation basics (Selenium or similar tools) is a plus
- Understanding of web and mobile application fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
