We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller cum Field Executive to join our growing team in the real estate industry. If you are a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and have a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Provide detailed information about real estate projects, including location, pricing, and features.
- Follow up with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client interactions.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist in generating leads through telephonic conversations and supporting marketing campaigns.
- Door to door marketing.
- Do standy activity near the stations and market area.

Requirements:

- Minimum .6-1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and address their inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.




- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
