Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Shift arrangements must be adaptable based on workload.)

Overview

UBIK Solutions Private Limited is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the digital marketing team, developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing paid advertising campaigns, and driving online business growth across multiple digital channels. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with solid leadership skills and hands-on experience in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across various channels.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis,



and market research to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all digital platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience in planning and executing e-commerce marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
