Arsu Cake Studio is looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our Punalur Branch . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the café.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily sales and achieve branch targets.
Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
Coordinate with production and management for smooth operations.
Monitor stock, inventory, and wastage.
Prepare daily reports and submit them to the management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Café, Restaurant, Bakery, or Hospitality Management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
