About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Recruiter who can independently handle recruitment coordination and candidate management. The ideal candidate should have good understanding of hiring requirements, sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination for multiple profiles.
- Maintain and update the candidate database on a daily basis.
- Understand job requirements clearly and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other hiring platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Take regular follow-ups from candidates and maintain proper communication.
- Work closely with senior HR team for guidance and recruitment planning.
- Ensure proper coordination and timely closure of open positions.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring records.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently after proper guidance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
- Good follow-up and candidate handling skills.
Eligibility:
- Experience: 3–4 Years in Recruitment/HR
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
