We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of civil construction, architectural drawings, and interior fit-out works. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction and interior fit-out activities.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare project schedules, quantity estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and progress reviews.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Verify contractor work, measurements, and billing.
- Ensure proper documentation, site reports, and project records are maintained.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




- 2–5 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or turnkey projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, architectural detailing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
- Excellent site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, estimation, and billing.
- Familiarity with local building codes and construction regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
